EATING CLEAN
We follow proper food-handling procedures. Sushi is placed on banana leaves and other sanitized vegetation so that there isn’t any food-to-skin contact. Our Nyotaimori artists wear sanitized gloves so your food can be handled with the utmost care.

It’s important to us that the Nyotaimori resonates with the space and the guests. There are no cookie-cutter shows; each one is specific to you.
